I purchased the ticket but it didn't show when I open the app later. I suppose to get 34% off to support this new app, but I end up paying more

I purchased the ticket at home. When I tried to open my ticket at the gate, the app can't find any ticket records, and it keeps showing me the notification that I have a ticket to be expired soon. I solved it with clearing the app data and typed my ID again....

Always fail when buying ticket that is why my family nearly miss the fly when we go to the airport

Not really well design for Android devices. When I press back button, it just shut off directly, but what I expected is to return to the previous page. Usually, we tap back button twice to exit. It feels like the app is just port from iOS version without any edit. Please improve.
