The promise that you'll earn more money, and you become an independent contractor, and they make you by insurance with the idea that you are going to be getting patients working one-on-one and as the individual contractor you're fine managing your own taxes I was assigned to one patient he was difficult honoring they told me that they would find me another patient never have, and I quit my prior job because they promised me I would earn more than what I was currently making the false promises
