I've been part of the Carlin platform for almost 1 year and I have been enjoying the freedom that comes with helping care for the clients in their own settings. I love the fact that we choose our compatibility and our schedule and if we match awesome. And being honest it pays more than working for an agency that takes almost 45% of what your earnings should be at take home.

They make you schedule an interview before you can even view the available jobs. I scheduled my interview and no one called me at that date and time, and no follow up was provided. I don't know what kind of scam they're running but waste of time.

Why edit the review when nothing has been done to fix the problem? There are OLD jobs in my area. I got my second job because my first job gave me kudos and I did the legwork. Someone is making money off of me, and I am wrong about the app? Take the OLD jobs out! There are jobs from year's ago. I just looked and 2017?? Really?? What's wrong with my review?? It's NOT a lie. If you have any more questions, CALL me.

You may need to do something on your end for my app to function 100% I open the Carlin application, and there is an update page, I click on it and send it back to the Play Store, and the option is to delete the app or play and keeps on and on. There should be something you can do. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again. Nothing works

The app is always reloading or not functioning when I have to clock in. I have to uninstall it and install it again.

Okay this review is about the app itself, and I'll try not to mention anything about the company first the miles the distance between a facility and my home address completely off by 20 or more miles which is completely unacceptable then my app will not allow me to see facilities any further than 30 miles yet as I mentioned the miles are completely off what I'm thinking is 26 miles from my home is actually 48 miles from my home that is a very, very big difference.
