I wanted to like this, but was very disappointed on day 4 in the "The science of eating" section when Dr Brewer started sharing your typical diet culture propaganda. Does sugar stimulate the same brain areas of hormones as cocaine? Yes, but so do hugs, and I don't see any scientists telling people to hug less. When Dr Brewer then started to move into sprucing low-carb diets, I quit! Vilifying entire food groups (or specific foods) lead to eating rules that can backfire into overeating the forbidden foods or can become unhealthy obsessions, occupying valuable mental space and leading to self-shaming and other miseries. This is not what science tells us about eating! This is very disappointing and Dr Brewer lost all credibility in my eyes.

Content is great but... the app keeps breaking and customer services refuses to give me a refund, instead only saying they will tack on extra subscription at the end of my subscription (after the program is already finished).

Around halfway during my trial it wouldn't load any more lessons. I just kept clicking on the module but nothing happens. Tried reinstalling to no change. It seems like a good service but the app itself is pretty bad.
