Comments on Eat Right Now® for Android

I have learned so much this week. My habits were running my life. Now that I am more mindful, I have the ability to see the thing that is causing the problem and the ability to make the changes.
★★★★★ Louistine Tuck · Apr 3, 2022
I love this App! I have been trying to eat mindfully for years, and now I am doing it. I have a totally new healthy relationship with food. I enjoy it more, yet I eat so much less of it. Have I lost weight mindfully eating? You bet I have!!
★★★★★ ELizabeth Biehn · Apr 15, 2024
One week done. I am happy with the program and what I have learned. I am now more aware of my habit loops and now have tools to help me!
★☆☆☆☆ Dana Anderson · Mar 4, 2022
I wanted to like this, but was very disappointed on day 4 in the "The science of eating" section when Dr Brewer started sharing your typical diet culture propaganda. Does sugar stimulate the same brain areas of hormones as cocaine? Yes, but so do hugs, and I don't see any scientists telling people to hug less. When Dr Brewer then started to move into sprucing low-carb diets, I quit! Vilifying entire food groups (or specific foods) lead to eating rules that can backfire into overeating the forbidden foods or can become unhealthy obsessions, occupying valuable mental space and leading to self-shaming and other miseries. This is not what science tells us about eating! This is very disappointing and Dr Brewer lost all credibility in my eyes.
★★☆☆☆ Marco · Mar 19, 2025
Around halfway during my trial it wouldn't load any more lessons. I just kept clicking on the module but nothing happens. Tried reinstalling to no change. It seems like a good service but the app itself is pretty bad.
★★☆☆☆ Kimberly Stark · Aug 25, 2022
Content is great but... the app keeps breaking and customer services refuses to give me a refund, instead only saying they will tack on extra subscription at the end of my subscription (after the program is already finished).
