Description

Craving To Quit is a 21-day program based on a successful smoking cessation program developed and tested at Yale University. A clinical trial of this program delivered as a group-based in-person training over 4 weeks proved to be twice as effective as the gold standard treatment.

Craving to Quit provides daily instruction through playlists of audio and video tracks, goal-setting tools, and daily reminders. As you progress through the program, we will walk you down to 0 cigarettes/day by giving you the tools you need to successfully quit smoking – one step at a time.

Craving To Quit® offers an unlimited free trial that includes the first four daily modules. Upgrade in app to access all features and the remaining modules on an auto-renewing subscription basis*:

The premium version also includes in-app coaching from our live coaches to help you stay on track. You'll also get access to our exclusive Craving to Quit community, which is moderated by Dr. Judson Brewer MD PhD - a world expert in mindfulness training for addiction. There you will receive support, weekly tips, can track your progress, and can even ask Dr. Brewer questions directly as you go through the program!

Very good lessons for letting go of smoking. The program is great and the community is encouraging. I quit in about 30 days. Could use some updates to make the app more responsive as it's a bit rigid one the timing and notifications are repetitive.

The app was recommended by my doctor a few months ago after different quit meds had failed. Started using CTQ 10 days ago, beginning hours after I quit smoking. Haven't had a butt since, and CTQ features have helped that happen. CTQ has taught me how to use my mind to beat the cravings and manage the triggers that make me want a smoke. A huge factor that has helped me is the community. Not just the CTQ coaches and doctors, but other people going through the same quitting pitfalls I am.

Imagine knowing you have information that could literally save people's lives, and hiding that information behind a paywall. The level of moral outrage I have about the fact that Dr. Brewer et al. have turned life-saving information into a profit mill that the communities most vulnerable to smoking will not be able to afford is immeasurable. Make this pay-optional, or write a grant (I will help) so you can offer it for free. I have lost all respect for Dr. Brewer. Shameful.
