Poor customer service and communication. I personally would appreciate if there were dedicated phone lines for addressing customer griviences promptly. *E-mails and Facebook messages are rarely attended to, unless if you are having problems making a payment. *Genuine issues are read and ignored on web live chat *Delivery takes ages contrary to the claims you make when advertising on social media Otherwise the app is good. I wouldn't hesitate a 5* if it were not for the above listed concerns.

I give them 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. I ordered (order number NUXZOEBMS) in Jan and received just the laptop (Lenovo Core i5) with no accessories that were part of the order (laptop bag, headphones and optical mouse). There was a printed bond paper with a message that the remaining items will be delivered mid-Feb 2021. Upto now (mid-Mar 2021)there is no communication on the status of the remaining items. As if that is not enough, the laptop worked for 1 week and stopped charging
