Comments on 10ngah for Android

★★★★★ L loved the app very much, but you should put a live chat to talk to your customers, besides that loved it

★★★★★ Ordered on Tuesday. Came Today. Please add chat, so we can track our orders, but the grocery package came even with extras thanks guys. My people r happy

★★★★★ Great App and producta, but please improve live comms for delivery, the delivery guy did mention traffic and I understand with Harare traffic but may be a WhatsApp chat option.

★★☆☆☆ Poor customer service and communication. I personally would appreciate if there were dedicated phone lines for addressing customer griviences promptly. *E-mails and Facebook messages are rarely attended to, unless if you are having problems making a payment. *Genuine issues are read and ignored on web live chat *Delivery takes ages contrary to the claims you make when advertising on social media Otherwise the app is good. I wouldn't hesitate a 5* if it were not for the above listed concerns.

★★☆☆☆ I give them 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. I ordered (order number NUXZOEBMS) in Jan and received just the laptop (Lenovo Core i5) with no accessories that were part of the order (laptop bag, headphones and optical mouse). There was a printed bond paper with a message that the remaining items will be delivered mid-Feb 2021. Upto now (mid-Mar 2021)there is no communication on the status of the remaining items. As if that is not enough, the laptop worked for 1 week and stopped charging
