It was a little bit hard to find the car, the app needs an improvement to better locate the car. The car outside was a bit dirty. Otherwise, everything was ok. I would recommend. Thanks

FRAUD ALERT! Only after payment is done and mostly non-refundable since you booked couple of days in advance, only in the end of the booking process they ask for Deposit of 1000 euros regardless that you paid additional insurance. There is no mentioning of Deposit before that. Best part: YOU need to ask for YOUR money back, and you can do it only 28 days after you complete the booking! And then again they ask for 28 days to return your money, and I see ppl wait even longer! SCAM!

These folks took my money and ran. I paid to reserve a transporter for a move last weekend, the app had a technical problem preventing me from accessing the van. I called and emailed and tried to get any support over multiple days, but no one ever called back. I had to book through Sixt because 123Transporter completely bailed on me. After the reservation time expired, they finally got back to me, flatlybrefusing to refund the money and denying any blame. A total scam.
