One photo does not provide measurements (outside and inside) or you can choose a vehicle by that most important feature. You can only choose by location and many stations are booked until next month. When I started a booking and switched to another app this booking was not drafted, but I had to start new again. When I wanted to finalize the payment page asked me to confirm with my bank app but when I returned to Hertz app it was still on the book payment page. Conclusion: Nothing booked!

TERRIBLE. SCAMMED, DISAPPOINTED, AVOID THIS COMPANY I booked a Vauxhall Movano — registration BK50 TZ — yesterday. It was my very first booking with them. The van was at the wrong location. I asked to fix it, and Ahmed agreed to sort it… but then only offered a small van instead of the large Movano I paid for. My items wouldn’t fit in the small van at all. I travelled there and back with an empty van — wasted my time, fuel, and effort. This was 100% their fault, not mine, and I have

Van is never there and no one tells me anything and in the end they say they can offer a free cancellation. Wow. Thank you so much .I wasted so much time and money in taxis but it's ok because they free cancellation
