I have to say this is the worst company I've ever dealt with! I don't even know where to start from. It is an understatement to say that their customer service is bad! I think the correct statement should be that they have absolutely no customer service department, because I have sent at least 3 emails to their customer service department since I took a car from them. I never even got an acknowledgement of receipt of email, not to talk of response!

Booked a PCO weekly rental with Hertz and paid a £150 deposit but never got a car because of the registration phase as your account has to be validated. I did not receive any emails from Hertz not even to confirm my booking. I uploaded my documents and filled out the insurance form multiple times, but there was no change. There is no UK customer service telephone number you have to email or use live chat. To summarize my experience it has felt like an SCAM and I have asked for a refund.

They have taken a weeks worth of money after I returned the car. It has been two weeks now. I tried to contact them daily, but they keep telling me to wait. They are so quick to take money. But you have to beg for your money back. Worst place to rent a car from. Avoid renting from them
