App os full of bugs, from payment methods alterations to simple tools operations is just a hassle to navigate your app. Lots of information is wrong, such has where to find the vehicle or your actual costumer service number not working. Very poor, on the level of a company you are you have lots to do.

I have to say this is the worst company I've ever dealt with! I don't even know where to start from. It is an understatement to say that their customer service is bad! I think the correct statement should be that they have absolutely no customer service department, because I have sent at least 3 emails to their customer service department since I took a car from them. I never even got an acknowledgement of receipt of email, not to talk of response!

Guys anyone Renting to do uber bolt ext, avoid hertz at all cost the customer service ignore you most of the time, and they will never give you back the deposit on the top they will pay any pcn you will get and charge you 30 pounds of admin fee, and you won't be able to contest any tickets.

They have taken a weeks worth of money after I returned the car. It has been two weeks now. I tried to contact them daily, but they keep telling me to wait. They are so quick to take money. But you have to beg for your money back. Worst place to rent a car from. Avoid renting from them
