Great Hertz experience, frustrating app. I've had great experiences with Hertz rentals and their staff. Unfortunately, the app is extremely finicky about logins. If I haven't used it for a while, it won't accept my saved credentials - even when I'm manually entering my correct member number and password. I've had to reset my password multiple times just to regain access. The rentals are great the staff is fabulous; the app needs work. Four stars only because the app is a pain.

Worthless. It forgets your current rental if you do an extension, and the extending process almost never works, which forces me to speak with a robot that never understands my name and I have to repeat myself several times before it gives up and puts me on hold for a real person. It should take three clicks and already know my reservation number without having to search my email for it first. It gives inaccurate error messages while paying, making it harder to troubleshoot issues.

What should've been a great experience and opportunity has turned into a nightmare. Hertz inability to accept my payment even after proving it had been made, and the money was no longer in my bank, they literally wouldn't take the money even with an employee at the location trying to do so. Now, they reposed the car and billed my $1,704. I'll never do business with this scam-artist company again.

None of my active rentals have been reflected under My Rentals...always have to type in confirmation # & name and can't MODIFY reservations, makes you go through as if it's a new reservation even to just change to a later pickup time
