I can no longer open 13 news and immediately see the headlines, nor can I easily check school closings and delays. I'm removing this app from my phone and installing a channel that is more user-friendly.

Should be ZERO STARS!!!!! Horrible App!!!!!! Started out ok when I first installed (other than excessive ads). Now I can't even get through a less than 30 minute news program without it continuously FREEZING!!!!!!!! Why can't there be a local news station that makes their news programs available free to low income individuals that can't afford cable or subscriptions and that live in apartments that can't have antennas (the indoor antennas do not work in dead zone areas too far from local stations)!

Your online presence sucks. It is absolutely ridiculous. The ads are terrible. The reporting is hook line and sinker BS. Do Better. Every time I click on a news story. It draws me to an absolute ridiculous ad. Do better. Your customer base deserves better. #goingtodrop13abc
