Since upgrade from V1, all reported cases are lost. No one tell the upgrade part. I reported few cases in V2 for the past few months. All cases lost again after I reinstall the V2 on the same phone. Why same login cannot retain pending cases ? Although the readme of V2 said, they will have updated on cases to our email but most of the cases I have experienced (in particular for FEHD) they are reluctant to update via email. In these cases, updating of 1823 apps will sink all cases into the sea.
