Only use it once (in Darlington), but worked very well. App was able to locate my address (had to put the house number in mind). I was able to book a taxi two days in advance, with the taxi being dispatched and arriving bang on the time I requested. Was able to know the reg. No. of the car and was even given a text alert to say that it had arrived! Very good service, would thoroughly recommend to anyone needing a taxi in Darlington!!! :)

I have used this app 5 or 6 times now. It's superb. Only problem was once, booking for 12 noon, the booking was automated at 12 midnight. Other than that, no issues at all, and every taxi has been bang on time, as booked. Not sure about my Xmas day bookings. Already made and app states FIXED PRICE of £7.50. A driver told me it's wrong. But it's confirmed on the booking so that's what I will be paying! 🙂

Was good. Went down hill. Originally a really good app. Now is inaccurate and unreliable. If you pre-book a taxi the expect the app to assign you a taxi at least 15 minutes after the time.

The app has me located 70 miles away. When you book a cab they wait outside the wrong house, then cancel your booking. Calling the office to see what's happening, they call you a liar....avoid....used to be good, but now useless

Can't book a taxi with it as it keeps saying that a booking can not be made with an empty destination even though I have already selected an address. I have attempted to book one several times with several different addresses and times, yet the outcome is always the same. My boyfriend is also having the same problem, and he has an iPhone. This had rendered the app useless.
