Having integrated SMS booking, we've now launched this intelligent Android App so you can book a taxi within 3 screen taps. I'm not sure if you work with provide a ride but this is the 3 or 4 time my pickup place got messed up because someone can't read I never use no other pickup place I use my home address where I live at for my pickup, so I'm not understanding where you getting this other address at or from

I can't get the app to work now...even after deleting and reinstalling. Click get started .... It says on the nect screen after the fill ins: "If you have already created a password before, please Yeah nothing after just blank. Tapping the blank area does nothing. So. It doesn't do anything. I can't book. Useless.

Have used Ace Taxi for 8+ years. Loved service, drivers great. Installed app for convenience. Unfortunately, past 5 times I scheduled a ride (in advance w confirmation) or requested a ride for asap: NO ONE CAME. Not talking about waiting 15-20 minutes, several hours. I obviously called company, was told on the way. Sad I ended up canceling requests by the time 2–3 hours past due. Gave app 2 stars bc semi easy to navigate. Disappointed I can no longer rely on Ace after loyalty since 2014
