App no longer logs in, just times out on the wait screen over & over. Up until recently it wasn't bad just a little behind the times compared to others. It's awful that you can't log in to deposit your paycheck on a Friday and speed up the process instead of depositing after 3pm at the bank and waiting until Tuesday the following week for it to post.

Cannot sign into app, after typing login information the app just acts like it's loading until it times out! Restarting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling app or changing any amount of settings does not make any difference. Calling customer support gets you nowhere as well. There's no point in using a bank that does not have good mobile services. Will be moving all accounts to 1st commonwealth shortly.

Changing my review to 2 stars since the updates. The online banking is worse than before. It takes longer to show transactions. It will show your balance drop but no transactions sometimes until the next day. Please fix this. This is a good app but wish the system would update soon after a transaction is made. There is no weekend updates and most transactions don't soon until the following day.

Takes too long to show your money come out. You check the app, and it tells you one thing. The next day it updates totally different. Might as well you back to the old trusty paper and pencil. App is useless as far as keeping a ledger for you.
