The app is extremely simple and quick to use, backed up by text alerts. The Company, on the occasions I've used them, are top-notch. The drivers are polite, punctual and chatty. Excellent all round.

Brilliant app. Watch you can drive to you, whilst waiting in the warm. You
don't even need to book through the app to watch you can, as long as you
call on the mobile the app is set up on, brilliant

Triple three triple four taxi I use this taxi service, and it is really good they give an exact time they are going to be with you

Thought I'd use this app to make a booking rather than phone up. Found it far too complicated as the form fields are not clear, data is only pulled initially from app start which means you must manually force update your location before you launch it as the app appears to do nothing. After manually typing in what visually looks like the current location box it actually updates the destination box at this point I got fed up, it is far quicker to call so the point of this app is very much wasted. It's a good idea just badly executed, finally this app seriously needs an experienced UI and UX designer on this as it is not nice to use.

Avoid. Booked taxi, booking clearly shows to my correct address. After quite a wait I see driver is assigned but car is showing on map as not moving at some other address for about 10 minutes. Called to ask what the hold up is, and they tell me can't find my booking so tell them not to worry then, I'll book through someone else instead. 3 hours later get a rude text about a no show and that I will be banned even though it was them that didn't show not me!
