3D Room Scanner

3D Room Scanner turns a walk around a room into a measured floor plan, a 3D model and the quantities a finishing quote is built from — on your phone, with no tape measure.

HOW IT WORKS
• Mark the room's corners, doors and windows through the camera. ARCore tracks the phone; devices with a depth sensor measure more precisely, the rest scan from detected planes.
• Close the outline and get three views of the same room: a 2D floor plan with dimensions, a 3D model with real openings cut into the walls, and a walk-through at eye height.
• Fix anything by hand in the plan editor: drag a corner, add a wall, resize a door, drop in furniture, draw a measurement between any two points — with undo for every step.

QUANTITIES, NOT JUST PICTURES
Every figure is computed from the measured geometry, not typed in afterwards: floor area, wall perimeter, wall area net of every opening, room volume, skirting length, brick and tile counts from the sizes your own supplier quotes, and a door and window schedule.

EXPORT
PDF and PNG of the floor plan, 2D DXF that opens directly in AutoCAD, and 3D DXF of the model with its walls and openings.

WORKS OFFLINE
Sign in once with your Projments account; scanning, editing and export then work with no connection at all. Nothing is uploaded on its own — a project reaches the cloud only when you tap Upload.

CONTINUE IN THE BROWSER
Uploaded projects open in Projments BIM on the web: the same plan and 3D model in a full drafting workspace with CAD commands, levels and views, schedules, and DXF, PDF, SVG and CSV export.

PRIVACY
The camera feed is processed on the device. No photos, video or point clouds are ever uploaded — only the derived plan geometry, and only when you choose. Full policy: https://www.projments.com/privacy

REQUIREMENTS
An ARCore-supported Android phone running Android 8.0 or later. Phones without ARCore can still open, edit and export existing projects. Scan accuracy varies with lighting, surfaces and technique — verify measurements before relying on them for structural or contractual decisions.

Available in English and Arabic. Scan packs are available as in-app purchases.
