App is horrible in general. Sure the UI is nice but once you workout, you find out really quick for nearly ALL his workouts, he just copies and pastes the same plan for a good 12 weeks, cant modify workouts in case of injury either. The diets aren't better, with every option being vegan with no meat, which is fine for vegans or vegetarians, but I need meat and/or fish in my diet. I choose the regular option for diets and it gave me vegan plans, I double checked that too. DO NOT BUY!

Over all its nice app, organized! But to be 12 weeks same same exercises!!!! Only in the last two weeks two different exercises!! I paid for it, and that's it!! If I knew the exercises will be like this ( no mix) I wouldn't pay for it, I trusted him because he is an pro! But..... I truly advise to make more and more options!!
