Actually quite useful for small captures. Anything larger than a small house will likely crash the app, and results are not as good manual photo scans with COL MAP or similar, but that's understandable. The UI is horrible, writing the whole app in Unity was probably a bad idea. AutoFill won't work unless copy-pasting the password. Uploading on a slow connection is pretty difficult, no background activity so the app needs to stay in the foreground, or else you'll need to restart the upload.

Incredible! I took a few shaky hand self-portrait scans in poor light (flying blind using the rear cam) and the point cloud produced was surprisingly accurate. More than a good start to build on. If I were to use the app in favorable conditions with a steady-handed assistant I'm sure this would produce even better results. For a head start on scale 3D models I can't see how the data collected could be much better without using dedicated hardware in lieu of a phone. Good job devs 👍

To download need subscription. No mention of cost or how. Have not tried to scan or download... if the subscription is not monitored through Google and has an easily explained cancel then no, thanks...this really should have been put in the app through Google and explained before installing. Would rate 0 stars for these. Not even a trial period... 30 second scans are free which hah... fix these then contact me. Maybe I will change this review from horrible.
