Great app. Very happy with the built-in features and ease of navigation. If I had to complain about 1 thing, it would be the location of the daily check in. I couldn't find it for the longest time but now know it's location.

I had help to set up 3D printer, but it made a key ring boat in 20 min cute and then a 3D doll, and I enjoy printing non-stop and overnight. Fun and cool to watch. Easy to create and print pictures from phone.

I felt like I should update this review because it was already really bad, but now it's basically unusable after the update. I can't upload files and print them they force you into the online slicer, and they keep pushing to make you pay for features that we already had. The software on pc is still fine I don't understand why they can't make a half decent functional mobile app.

Reality is the worst. brand-new printer doesn't work. No support. No help. 12 days and tech support doesn't respond with anything helpful.

I got the k1c 2025, and it clogged before I even finished a spool. Looks like a defect in the spool winding because it got snagged on itself and stopped printing. I unclogged it only to get a broken heater error code. Swapped out the heater, put in a brand-new spool, it prints for 5 hours, then clogs again because of the spool snagging on itself. I would suggest another brand.
