Love the machine. New into 3D printing but nice entry machine. App can just add a filter to select projects into categories like PLA and machine types. If you open project only to find out printer or filament not supported

Newest version of uploading your own models removed the ability to select multiple files to upload at once. I am not manually uploading 200 files.

Has been having a lot of issues lately with new printers. "Failed to load sliced file" from reality app, and I have the membership. Keeps crashing and shutting down. Have updated already

Used to have a 5-star review, but the app works maybe 1 out of 25 times, gets slice failures constantly not to mention it disconnects from the printer, the UI isn't even good anymore and slicing builds to print later is either not possible or way too hard to find. Not to mention editing slices to suit the printer, from a gem of an app it is now unusable. I'll keep it installed for now to see if they can fix their issues, but it's been getting worst for months and is now no use.

The functions in the workbench tab work well, but they keep adding more "AI tools" that are almost useless. If they made a separate app for the workbench that would make things simpler. I don't want to print models from my phone or generate poor quality AI models, I just want to check on the status of my printers and be notified when there's an error.

Used to work great now It's nothing but a pain to uses struggles to connect to printer. Much prefer the pc slicer
