★★★★★ The app functions well and allows users to monitor and adjust most print settings remotely. The main critique I have is that when browsing local files through the app, there is no way to sort files by name, size, or date like you can through the K1's touch screen. Please add this feature and the app will otherwise be fantastic.

★★★★★ I installed CCL while the regular Reality app wasn't allowing me to monitor my prints. As soon as I logged into CCL, the camera opened right up, and I could monitor my prints again. Ironically, since installing and using CCL, the camera started working again in CC, although sometimes it still lags in coming up, but CCL has been very reliable so far. I wish I didn't have to have two apps installed on my phone that basically do the same thing, but it's necessary, so I can watch my prints remotely.

★★★★★ Had to use this lite version in order to view the camera while printing, it does not show up on the reality cloud app. This lite version is almost the same, except you can not cancel an item if you are doing multiple prints like you can with the full version. Also, remove the constant pop up in the full version that keeps asking me to I have a "gift reward", I'm not interested in purchasing a subscription!! Creality, please fix!

★★☆☆☆ This app suck now it's called lite. My old app wouldn't work I deleted and went to redownload it now there is only a lite version. I can't even open file with my phone anymore. Junk next printer won't be reality!

★★☆☆☆ Miles ahead of the normal app, pretty much every functionality that is needed is here. But, camera doesn't work, viewing playback or time lapses also doesn't work. In terms of what it should be, 5 stars for sure. In terms of actual functionality, 2 stars.

★★☆☆☆ App is no longer working, Google Pixel fold android 15. Login, click anything and the app goes back to the login screen.

★★☆☆☆ Remote monitoring doesn't work, remote controls don't work, the printer keeps on disconnecting, the video quality is horrible and video lags even when I'm on the same network. (Local connection) Not to mention the weird behavior of time lapse and AI monitoring. No feature in this app works reliably, so what's the sense in downloading this app?
