Waste of money You have to fight with it to get it to charge... otherwise it doesn't charge at all! The steps are way off and you can never get in touch with an actual human being to help you or send you a replacement. I'm so sorry I wasted my money on this

Just installed the 3Plua SWIPE C and it doesn't appear on my phone at all. Called customer service, twice no one answered my call. Recorded message repeated over and over that my wait time was 9 minutes for 20 minutes. Lol. No help at all.
