It was quite confusing at first., however 5280 parking Are prompt in getting back to you. Figuring out HOW they may assist, even Specific as to how the app works. Their follow through was fantastic. And after my Son moved I was sure grateful to have 5280 parking team Helping us keep things Straight. I do believe it's Woman owned (correct me if I'm wrong). And I do love to support local. Ticketed me even when I have a permit. Also why do I have to pay yo park in the apartment complex I live in? That's stupid

Clunky and unintuitive. Beware if you purchase a single day parking pass, it will set the pass to auto-renew every day by default.

Very clunky app. Did not save any of my information, so I can not view my active permits. Also, don't buy a month permit near the end of the month, because it is only valid in the month you buy it, not until the same day the next month.

They turn on auto-renew on new permits without warning you. Got charged 3 days for a guest pass for a friend who came to my apartment for 4 hours one single day, because they didn't give me a single email, notification, or any kind of warning that passes auto-renew. Very scummy. I think they hope you'll forget and not notice and double or triple pay just to have a friend over past 7pm. Also weird to buy a friend a guest pass I have to click to repurchase my monthly pass??
