The app is awesome, with only a couple of hiccups. Way better than any other company-if you go to Brazil, get this app! It's easily the best rideshare. However, please allow foreigners to verify for food delivery. To take advantage of promotions and other features, you need a CPF, which makes it a struggle for foreigners. If they improve that system, it would be perfect.

This is one of the worst driver apps I've ever used. First, it looks like a mobile game. It's full of ads for their own products, featuring useless "the shareholders are going to love this" dumb ads. Secondly, it has a lot of useless features that are just annoying, for example, if you minimize the app and block your phone, when you unlock it there is going to be a useless screen you have to keep minimizing and maximizing the app to be able to see your riders' car plate. This is just an example.

I sent my legal name, date of birth, ID, location and email and after all that they said it was not available to my region. I clicked on an ad that said there was a promotion in my region on Instagram, why would you share this ad if it was not available for me?

They take money from you before booking a ride. And if no one accepts your offer, they tell you they "refunded" your money but in reality they steal your money I have been going back and forth with them on multiple refunds for the past 2 months. Every time I talk to them, they make me explain the whole situations in details. Their objective is to get you sick and tired and just forget it. They know people have lives and don't have time to keep track of everything, and they take advantage of this
