It sucks....sorry for say that because it wasted time for deaf try to hold it down thru waiting but no one came it hard using phone calls rather using online as phone calls for deaf in needs so I am thanks to A#1 cab for my experiences using taxi....now got a car hope deaf do that please give them easier throu online phone calls thanks

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! App needs updates I called to let them know that I was having trouble with the app and the guy that answered had an I don't care attitude. He was really rude when I said that the app wouldn't give me certain options. In a very rude, rushed tone, He just kept saying "the app works fine". Didn't give any direction to help me. Super annoyed with this company. I have only been using them for a couple of days and I also had a rude female customer service rep the previous day. Rude customer service!!!!!!
