I have been using it ever since I downloaded it, at 36 weeks pregnant now. I use it daily especially during my commute to work & back home. The prenatal affirmations are really powerful-they make me feel calm, confident & able to handle all the challenges that come along with pregnancy. The breathing exercises are amazing & the meditations are so calming. I also love that you can share these sessions with your partner. It makes it easier to practice together and be on the same page about how we want our birth to go. Thanks so much for creating this wonderful tool!

If you're looking for an effective pregnancy app, look no further than this one. I have found it to be beneficial in my first trimester. It includes pregnancy hypnosis, visualization, and relaxation techniques - all of which have helped me stay calm and focused throughout my pregnancy. Previously, I have used other pregnancy hypnobirthing apps like Freya (which allows you to track contractions) and another one that I can't remember the name. Still, this one is so much better!

Couldn't listen to the free content without paying and even after I subscribed I still couldn't download and listen to content. Disappointing

I honestly can't believe how absolutely terrible these tracks are. The mindfulness track was a half hour of jolting start and stop sound. The overcoming toxic thoughts one was actually very toxic to listen to. I can't believe I paid money for this.

Don't waste the $4 on this app. There is very little content, you can find more/better on Spotify and YouTube. Everything about the app is glitchy, it won't let you download. The audio files stop and skip, which is not relaxing while going through labor. I read through the comments, deleted and redownloaded, and it's not my internet. There isn't very much content for actual labor itself, which is what you want for a hypnobirthing app. Do not recommend at all.
