Easy to work with, and they were able to fit me into the super full schedule because my service calibration fell on a weekend, and I was worried that I'd have to pay the extra fees if I let it go for over 5 days, but gave them a call, and they were able to get me into the schedule with no problem. They were understanding that I have a job that requires that I drive, and so they were able to make that accommodation for me! I appreciate that they are willing to help you regardless of your situation!!

A1 Interlock says I have to have this app that does absolutely nothing, and they charge me 8.00 a month for it! Just another way to get more money out of you as if they don't take enough with all the bogus charges I've had to pay when I can't even drive yet. Hmm, but somehow I've had two violations I had to pay 300.00 for by the time they were done 🤬 Do not EVER go to this place. SCAM!!

The worst company to do business with. Beware!!! Go somewhere else, they have hidden fees, they are rude and lile to harass and treat their clients unfairly. They always say they are all the managers whenever you need to talk to someone upper. Go elsewhere, A1 Interlock of Sandy Utah is terrible. They have multiple police cases against them for Sandy Police department. Also, driver's license division, if enough of us take them to court we should be able to end this terrible company. Go elsewhere
