App always says there's a car 15 minutes away but when you try and book it says "no drivers available in your area". Same story when you try and pre-book it always says no driver available. Super annoying that when you call up, the message that plays when you're on hold tells you to use the app!

It says it's a pre-booking then when you get ready for your trip it says it's finding a driver. That's not pre-booking, that's just stopping you getting a waiting taxi.
