Update : Have changed my review, Absolute Pets has managed to sort out the app issue and my payment has now gone through for my order. Thank you to Andrew and the team for the swift response and getting this sorted asap. I placed an order, went to check out to pay and payment will not go through. Re-attempted payment 6 more times, won't go through. I double-checked my details and I have the payment for the order, it won't go through on the app.

I had Gone Fetch selected as my delivery option, but after checkout was sent an email that my order would be delivered in 3 to 5 days time from the main center. Absolutely shocking and frustrating experience, and now I won't use this app again since I can't trust it

This app just gets worse and worse. & now you cannot order cat litter via Go Fetch. What is the point of these offerings? To response: Sorry but that isn't true. I've ordered this litter numerous times before via Go Fetch.

So disappointed in the delivery service. Still haven't received my order from Wed 25th Feb, after it was indicated on the app 1–3 days delivery. I required the items before the weekend and still haven't received them. Full order still awaiting to be picked up at courier hub by driver. Unacceptable and too long ETA. No option of click and collect from stores nearby when placing the order on these certain items.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATION The app was functional with excellent options. Currently, it seems to have regressed, namely the Go Fetch delivery option. Nothing ever seems to be available, either sold out or requiring an additional two-day delivery, standard delivery. Now, it is not allowing me to correctly change my delivery address by not saving my unit number and building name, even after multiple attempts. Furthermore, 'need help' is displaying error when I attempt to download it. Do BETTER
