Now crashing when trying to add a bill pay payee. Check deposit is capturing good photos and keeping all check data, but is squashing the ratio of the black and white image that gets submitted and then rejecting the image for being "cut off." Not happening on iOS

(App is broken and isn't being maintained) Ever since the app updated with their new company, I haven't been able to do anything but look at my accounts. Keeps saying my device is not connected, and I end up having to use the full website to do anything with my online banking. And yes, the full website says my device is registered and active but will not let me use the app. Can't deposit checks via app, transfer funds, or anything.

Mobile deposit doesn't work. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I use it. Called Accentra about it months ago, and it still doesn't work
