Useless app. Have been trying to register for days now and can't. When I enter my cellphone number to register it just continuously states "unable to send OTP, please try again", and it's not because I have "opted out" of SMS services like your replies to previous comments have advised.

This app is incoherently trash. Only works when it wants to and kicks me out almost 70% of the time. I've got the latest and greatest S24 ultra all android updates in check. So the fault lies with the development of the app.

Worst designed app. Honestly, the app seems like it's left behind by software updates. It crashes a lot. I don't understand why complexes like it. In a time when load shedding is a big problem, where people's phones can run out of battery it's not a good idea to use a phone app. Additionally, it means I have to operate a phone while driving. In South Africa I have to open the gate before I get near it. This breaks the law when I operate my phone whilst driving
