Access Care & Clinical Mobile is an intuitive real-time point of care data capture solution for Residential and Nursing Homes. Why use Mobile Point of Care?

Mobile Point of Care provides Care Workers with real-time information on a Resident’s care and progress. Notes that are input into the system are immediately available at the point of care, meaning Care Workers are always aware of what care has been delivered for each Resident. This helps prevent the double delivery of care and reduces the stressful task of transcribing hand written paper notes.
