Is this meant to do anything?. I tap on a link from redcap, get a message saying 'there's a newer version we are use, use the link below to download the newer version' so I click on it, I get taken here to the download page for this app I am trying to open, I click on open & I get taken back to the screen with the massage, I click on link again and get taken back to this screen. This time waster, but I can think of a lot better ways to waste my time (I am pretty good at that).

Again as others have said, app constantly says there is a new version to download and won't open past the 1st time login, useless.
