App stopped working after being great. Via ACD see chat line found it was deactivated in the system tray lower right bar. Opened system tray, right-clicked Ultimate 21 in my case, menu dropped, clicked on "start ACD see Mobile Sync" once greyed out photo transfer worked great again (similar procedure when Wi-Fi gets deactivated)

Once I opened ACD See on my computer the app recognized and transfer of photos were simple.

I love this app! It is almost as easy as possible. My only complaint is that it does seem to have a delay for new photos to appear in the app for syncing. If they had a refresh button to find new photos, it would be perfect!

I cannot connect it. My phone and laptop are on the same Wi-Fi network and I click "start ACD See Mobile Sync" in the Windows tray, but it simply doesn't work.

Loses connection with acdsee on the computer, too often (does not happen with the IOS version) after transmitting the images, it cannot delete them from the mobile phone (it does not happen with the IOS version) cannot transfer images from other albums, such as WhatsApp or viber (does not happen with IOS)

It rarely can find the default target, and on the 2 times it did it dropped the connection in the middle of the transfer. There is not a problem with the phone (Galaxy S7) connecting to the Wi-Fi. ES File Explorer can browse the ACD see computer even though Mobile Sync is complaining it cannot connect.
