Becarefull when buying via Miss Ace, I ordered 1 waterproofed padlock and paid the instant delivery due to urgency through these apps at 20.00 PM (the store still open). But the item was only delivered 11.30 AM the next day. Was very disappointed, when I tried to call the customer care, he said that online order after 19.00 PM will be delivered next day, but there's no information/T&C mentioned that when we choose the instant delivery. They should put this information clearly.

I'm still confused... afaik, Ace Hardware member now SHOULD use Rupa-Rupa app, and in every cashier in many places, we were told to delete this app. SO, why the developer keep UPDATE this app if it's not usable? Even for online transaction, we were suggested to use Rupa-Rupa app! SO WHAT THE FUNCTION OF THIS APP that it STILL keep updated? 🤷♂️🤦♂️
