★★★★★ I've been using ATI on my PC for many years, and that includes a license for my phone. Overall it does a good job, but I've had a problem recently: I have continuous backup enabled, but every once in a while it simply stops running. I have to kick-start it by manually running a backup. I worked extensively with ATI's tech support, but we were not able to identify or fix the problem.

★★★★★ This IT company is cruelly great. They remind me of how good Information Technology use to be good in the early 2000s. Let's hope that others can learn a lesson.

★★☆☆☆ Not to happy about this app even though the company make great products like Acronis True Image for PC is absolutely amazing but this Mobile App is by far the worst app I've used for Mobile backups as the app will randomly lose connection during a backup. Don't use this app!!!

★★☆☆☆ Used Acronis products professionally and personally since the late 2000s. This app is awful. Frequently doesn't connect back to the PC version for browsing or restores (direct connection or cloud). Claims of "MMS backup" published on the website are false; only SMS is backed up. Support doesn't read tickets and appears to now be farmed out to the lowest offshore bidder. Good luck requesting escalation for issues. Management doesn't respond back.
