Useful and convenient app; I wish it didn't take so long to load: It can take up to 2 seconds to load each package, which can be annoying when you have multiple or when there are other people in line behind you at the end of work day

Convenient. I don't need or really want the mobile access, I worry about security (no one has access to my phone, I mean hacks), but it might just be something I do need sometime.

The homepage does not work, and I am unable to request repairs on the app due to the layout. It's been a problem since the day I installed it. Please fox your app!

All the photos show great features but in reality none of them function. The app only shows me a few useless building contact numbers and a newsfeed that is always empty. And no way to pre-credential guests as they show in the sample.

I can't add a pre-authorized guest with the same contact information as before. All pre-authorized guests are deleted. When trying to re-add one, it says something to the effect of "we found the following guest with the same contact information, proceed?" I'm unable to proceed or cancel, and I can't view details of the "found" guest. After force quitting and restarting the app, the list of pre-authorized guests remains empty. When changing the contract information the email body just says "hello"
