Grey star is forcing people to use bilt and this app which is barely functional. Forcing residents who want to pay online to use a third party app who sells your data is unbelievable.

Too many issues logging in. now I'm trying to pay my rent but when I hit the payment option, it gives me an error page. This app could really use some updates.

I now have to use this dumb thing for maintenance request, but I can't cancel the request. If I fixed the issue there is nowhere to cancel the request. I preferred my apartment website over this mess
