This app is absolute garbage and every negative review about it and Grey star is completely deserved. What should be a simple tool for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests has been turned into blatant spamware. Instead of helping tenants, it bombards us with ads and predatory marketing. Avoid Grey star like the plague.

Grey star is forcing people to use bilt and this app which is barely functional. Forcing residents who want to pay online to use a third party app who sells your data is unbelievable.

I despise this app and the fact that my apartment forced residents to switch to this. I only download it to submit work requests, as there is no other option to submit requests. I immediately delete the app once the request is fulfilled.
