I love moor park active blackpool but need more good boost classes as soon as they open they full. Chairs the room is too small and people are not booked and just turn up not register so a lot more people than chairs.

The app stopped working and their website is a nightmare to navigate to book or cancel sessions.

They set your username for you as a 7 digit pin, if you forget it and get it wrong they lock you out with no way to reset without calling them. There is no way to call them because 99% of the time they don't answer the phone and don't return calls when you leave answer phone messages. Really pathetic service and it's been this way for at least two years since I've been trying to call them. My son missed out on his swim session today because for the last two days I've been unable to book it.

Tried using the app all slots are showing booked. Installed 3 times still the same. Unable to book anything on the app. Have to go down to palatine to book anything
