I didn't have any problems with logging in as the other reviews said, the app is pretty simple and straight forward.

I bought a day pass, but the scanner says that my phone is not registered (whatever that means) and wouldn't let me in

Terrible app, very clunky and not user-friendly. needs to be improved if you want to use it instead of the membership card

Absolutely terrible app. It took me several attemps to even find the login screen. It is not found where you would expect it to. Then I had several error messages trying to log in and the app now wants access to my location and camera. The best part though? The only reason to ever get the app, getting into the gym, doesn't even work. I can't scan the QR code at the entrance. It just does not work with my camera at all.
