I didn't have any problems with logging in as the other reviews said, the app is pretty simple and straight forward.

It does not let me into the gym. Otherwise, it is good

Paid membership, does not show up in the app, qr code does not work, shows no active bookings, can't cancel

Absolutely terrible app. It took me several attemps to even find the login screen. It is not found where you would expect it to. Then I had several error messages trying to log in and the app now wants access to my location and camera. The best part though? The only reason to ever get the app, getting into the gym, doesn't even work. I can't scan the QR code at the entrance. It just does not work with my camera at all.

Useless app, they have no phone signal (with Sunrise) at the entrance of their Geneva gym, so you cannot use it for getting in and of course they provide no Wi-Fi password in the app, so you cannot even get in.
