So easy to use for finding the huge range of classes available and then to book in about 3 steps. Once you have made your first booking, all your payment details are kept so booking further classes is so much quicker.

Brilliant app easy to use to book any sessions.

Masters in IT needed You almost need a master's degree in IT to navigate the app, it is not very user-friendly and difficult to navigate
★☆☆☆☆Amy Davidson· Oct 25, 2022
The app is just as bad as the customer service in berwick upon tweed. Disgusting
★★☆☆☆Shannon Wright· Feb 13, 2024
Very tedious app. Reset password attempts were unsuccessful (emails were not being sent). When I eventually managed to get onto the swimming portal after 30 minutes of back and forward trying, reloading and trying again, more issues cropped up when it wouldn't let me book any kids swimming slots. This app is good for viewing what is available, but not much more. It's a very frustrating app.

Appalling app. Randomly changes center. Not clear or intuitive on how to book. Often won't load at all and have to book through the website anyway.
