Working cool, but no any answer from MUNICIPALITY after months

No, any UI/UX enhancement compared to the last version update. Still minor bugs present. Also duplicated (sub)categories and no even a simple search for faster category selection! P.S. you can check other's feedback regarding problems with the app, I can add one: will be good to add in my opened problems' history filter by category, date, etc.

The most useless app. They just don't want to do their work and mostly send standard answers. The worst thing is there ia noq way to reply to the so-called "resolution", which is not a resolution at all. Additionally, it's impossible to open a case without a photo, even if you have attached a video. I had not big, but some hopes with this app, but it's totally useless!
