I'm Pleased...as its easy to use... One small criticism, though...is that when you hit the cancel booking button...it cancels straight away...if you've cancelled the wrong class or have touched on it by mistake...it would ne difficult to get your space back...is it possible that an "Are you sure" button be introduced as a safety buffer?

The new app design seems to encourage people to look at offers and promotions more. Annoyingly, it makes it even more difficult to book classes rapidly. AL knows that time is of the essence when users are booking because we're constantly against the 'competition' (ie, other members). App feels counter-intuitive and seems to prioritize the marketing needs of the organization, more than the practical and essential needs of gym members for fast and effective class bookings. We've got backwards.

The app is awful. For example, now can't book 2 adults + 2 under 11s for swimming. The option of adding more gets greyed out after adding 1. Very poor design and execution.

The login mechanism is broken. On any attempt to log in to this app I get an error stating my email address is linked to more than one customer account, the app asks me to use my customer number, I've only used Active Lambeth once to book a badminton court and no customer number was provided in confirmation email. I have regularly booked gym and badminton sessions when the center was run by Better so perhaps this has created a duplicate account?

Awful app can't log in, whenever I try it makes me reset my password because I apparently have my email linked to more than one account. When I try and reset my password it says either 'Not found' or the password just doesn't work. Would leave 0 stars if I could.
