Find the Active Lambeth app works well for me. No issues so far. Find very useful, use most days to book. Would definitely recommend to anyone regularly uses Lambeth Recreational centers.

I'm Pleased...as its easy to use... One small criticism, though...is that when you hit the cancel booking button...it cancels straight away...if you've cancelled the wrong class or have touched on it by mistake...it would ne difficult to get your space back...is it possible that an "Are you sure" button be introduced as a safety buffer?

The login mechanism is broken. On any attempt to log in to this app I get an error stating my email address is linked to more than one customer account, the app asks me to use my customer number, I've only used Active Lambeth once to book a badminton court and no customer number was provided in confirmation email. I have regularly booked gym and badminton sessions when the center was run by Better so perhaps this has created a duplicate account?

There is an issue with this app as if you need it to do any more than show you the initial welcome page or display your membership card, it does not work most of the time. I am unable to use it to book activities on the weekend or review any of bookings. Not fit for purpose at all. The website is the same, so clearly something is going on behind the scenes. Hopefully it will get sorted soon as this is our closet swimming pool.

Didn't register booking.after done. Via app. When I got to Streatham Ice Csntre the soft play booking didn't show up on system, and I had to pay again to book via receptionist
