For anyone having trouble booking children onto classes, I had the issue resolved today. I wanted to book a swimming session, but the app didn't give me the option of adding children. I called the contact number, and it was explained to me that the children have to have an active account, and that would then be linked to my account. After 5 minutes sorting everything out, it was instant. I checked my app, and whoosh, girls were added, and going forward, I can now book with ease.

The app is amazing. It is very easy for me to book my gym activities. You can use it anytime and anywhere, and it is quite easy to understand. You will find all the activities that are taking place on the date and the time at the gym Harvey Hadden Sports Village. It is a friendly environment for anyone to enjoy with fantastic !!!!

It's useless. You can't book sessions without being registered, which I understand. But you can't register for a new account with this app too!? I've entered my information three times (restarted 3 times) and then clicked the 'create member' button, it just freezes. Wasted so much of my time trying to register. Nonsense system.

Need to say what classes are available. I don't want to join unless I know what classes you offer. I am a Senior and looking for appropriate classes. Aquatic classes for example.

Horrendous user interface. Bookings do not load. Overly complicated user interface. Seemingly impossible to track progress of children at swimming lessons and equally confusing with regards to selecting a new group for children once they have been moved up. Please make this easier to use!

Trying to reset password, and it's taking me hours....no way to talk to anyone on the phone...have an account already just want to book my family in to swim tomorrow and the apps not helping!
