I don't like the fact that you need a different password for your phone app than your desktop

★★★★★ Shirley Gunn · Sep 18, 2024

Like the instructors, they know their stuff. Enjoy my work-out plan it works well.

★☆☆☆☆ Ruthann Miller · Dec 9, 2025

Full of bugs and glitches I have to press the app 10 times to open it (no I don't have to do that with any other app). When it signs me out, and I have to log back in, I'm frequently met with "try again in a few minutes" and get that same message when trying to book a pool lane or class. It's the absolute worst gym app. Nothing ever works, can't log in without error messages and can't book classes, utter garbage.

★☆☆☆☆ Dr. Paul Ruscica · Jun 14, 2021

Can't make a pool reservation, can't even see if lanes are already reserved or not. Useless app.
