Major issue after latest update. App keeps sending you back to Google Play Store to install latest update even though it's already installed. Clearing cache and data, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app. Nothing helps. Application is basically unusable. Update: After few days of waiting Developer updated the app, and it's working again. Changing from 1 star to 4.

ACURA ~ THANK YOU!! The app is amazing and allows me to do so much!! LOVE THE AUTO START even though my new MDX has remote start! Last year, my new RDX locked with my keys inside and the app allowed me to unlock it and be on my way, in a minute! The app has so many wonderful features!! Thank you for the recent update/maintenance because it's running smoother, faster and more options!! STAY AMAZING 😍🥰

Bought acura a few weeks ago acura link worked for a few weeks then I did update and never worked again. Worst link ever used. Had kia, cadillac, etc. with no problems. And they think I am going to pay for this. Thank God change my car every year or so. 11 more months without acura link before dump it.

it's terrible. Works maybe 70% of the time. I pay for an app that at the moment continues to tell me to update it, but when I do it tells me to update it again. Go ahead, try to get a hold of someone, good luck. Acura should not be using a 3rd party to handle this. Pay 80 K for a vehicle, and I may or may not be able to start my car by my phone. Also don't tell us on the app to push the button in the vehicle to restart your subscription, all they do is tell you to call another phone number.

I can't update this app.I can't open my old app, so my remote control for acura doesn't work. Horrible.

Does not work with the ZDX. Another major failure by Honda/Acura. Stay away from these brands!
