Okay first this is my first Honda. I really like it that I see the Vin miles gas and start the car and lock it. I like that it gives me a lot of control. I really like the App. The downside I have see it does not stay up to date when I open it I can open the app and im like I know I have more gas, and I have to refresh the screen. It takes a long time to load new info. Great full to have the app

Never Link This app is about as useless and worthless as my Honda Prologue. It rarely connects, gives delayed or inaccurate information, charging status doesn't update, and remote commands fail. Thousands of users report the same issues. Just like my Prologue, Honda can't seem to make anything work properly. Never Link is the perfect name. Wish I could give Zero-star rating. Do better Honda, you just may retain others, but you lost my family for life.

The app does absolutely nothing for me. I can't use it to start my vehicle, cant use it to lock or unlock, it doesn't show me anything like it says in description. The app only shows my Vin and can hit service to schedule. Useless.

Awful app especially compared to polestar app. Update battery level takes several refreshes. Very poor quality programming here. Battery will stop charging in the middle of the night and car is not ready. Terrible!
