6th update 7/25/26 This will, more than likely, be my final update. Compared to how the app used to act when I had my 24, it's night and day better. I guess it'll always have some issues. Every once in a while. A remote command will fail, but they are rare now. I just had 1 say it failed on the app, but I just happened to be standing right next to the car and the command did in fact go through, so again I'm sure it's always going to have its bugs but overall it's a pretty good app.

So far, I haven't had any problems with the app. It connects to the vehicle and remote starts for my Honda Pilot.

The absolute WORSE app for any car. Never works, always has technical difficulties, don't have customer service over the weekend, and they return emails 3 days later. Not worth it even if it was free. Use your key fob.

I have to repeatedly sign in to the Honda Link app or constantly update it. It only works half the time. It's very disappointing from Honda, especially since we love our cars!

I can't believe you charge for remote features that are broken. I get most of this from ford for free, and the app actually works.

The app sucks I have a manual car I know I can't start it with the app but at least lock and unlock accessories would be nice also it doesn't show gas mileage or oil life it's literally just an app to schedule service and road side assistance
