I gave this app a 1 star at first but now I'm updating it. They've been getting better these last 4–6 months. The access is a bit faster and a lot less issues. It hass less maintenance downtimes except for the typical updates here and there. I hope it remains reliable, will definitely come back with better review.

Okay first this is my first Honda. I really like it that I see the Vin miles gas and start the car and lock it. I like that it gives me a lot of control. I really like the App. The downside I have see it does not stay up to date when I open it I can open the app and im like I know I have more gas, and I have to refresh the screen. It takes a long time to load new info. Great full to have the app

Been using this app for 5 years now. The updates have been getting worse & worse. Constantly saying receiving status. Even after it connects to car and you remotely start if you screen goes off on while waiting, has to reconnect again. *** UPDATE *** as of 4/30/2026 can't log into app at all, it keeps returning to google store. I tried deleting and reinstall still doesn't work!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 I give up on Honda. ***Apparently this is an Android user issue not apple users.**UPDATE **5/2/26 App wrking

The sync from vehicle to app is horrible. I paid for the app thinking it'll be better because it's a paid subscription, but I was proven wrong. Going to cancel my subscription and just use my key fob for remote start and to lower my windows
