Registering was a nightmare but Adey customer services eventually succeeded. Then on it is quite easy to use and gives ratings against inhibitor, corrosion and ph levels. On the 2 systems I have tested, a boiler swap and a 2nd service I got passes for all 3. But I have not yet managed to find out what constitutes a pass. Given one test was on a boiler with a specified ph range is an Adey pass also a Glowworm pass?

Useless, the app requires you to hold the camera of your phone over the card, then fails to read it or take any photos thus leaving you stuck at this point. You're required to take photos of test card within 2 minutes of taking water sample, I stood their for 10 minutes looking incredibly unprofessional after paying £120 for this test kit. A refill pack cost £90, £3.60 per test, I've wasted £11.80 trying to get this app to work. Disappointing and unable to complete the service report.

Poor app. It just seems to névé work. First it took me over an hour to log in - it makes you go through the trouble of creating a log in only to come back with an error code at the end - to use log in details from a different Adey app I already have. I tried twice to run a test and as yet not succeeded. First the app wouldn't open with 'new water test', another hour of my life wasted. Second time got to taking the pics of dipstick, but the app wouldn't do it. Wasted time and a test. Rubbish.

Utter rubbish, just spent a whole hour trying to scan three separate tests through the app. Hugely frustrated and disappointed. Do not waste your money!!!!!!!
