Although the interface/appearance could most certainly be improved, the app itself can be extremely useful. Despite my having installed the app well over a year ago, I have only found myself needing to use iit on three occasions... But, in those three instances, having this app installed & ready to go, was a lifesaver! Whether your locked out of your company account/SSO, forgot your password/need a reset, need to edit your challenge question answers... This app has you covered!

It is not properly integrated with database I believe, unable to perform single service of password reset, since two years!!

It tells me I've enrolled. I sign out. Open up app, try to change my password, and it says I need to enroll. Fed up.

After enrollment, the app always start at Change Password page. Our users are confused why the app keep asking to Change Password upon every start. Is there a way to change the start page to something else nicer? If yes, I will change my review rating here.
