Welcome to Advagym, your guide to smarter training! A gym with the Advagym solution allows you to log your workout automatically. No pen and paper, no manual input needed. It automatically counts repetitions and sets in real time, and displays a full overview of each training session. And it’s easy. Just tap on the puck with your smartphone to log in to each machine.
Structured training means better gains The Advagym app displays previous results for each machine and exercise. This helps you work out in a structured way and get more out of the time you spend in the gym. Since repetitions and sets are logged automatically, you can focus 100% on your exercises.
Add your favorite workouts In addition to the predefined programs Advagym comes with, you can get your own personal programs from the gym you're connected to. You can also easily save your own workout as your personal program. All your training history is saved making it easier for you to follow your progress over time and reach your fitness goal faster.
Free weights and cardio, too Automatic logging in Advagym is for gym machines. For free weights and cardio training you simply add your results manually and the training history is displayed in the same way as the exercises that are logged automatically.
Availability Advagym is a concept from Sony and is currently available in a limited number of gyms. The service may be suspended or closed at any time.

Loving the app and its easy functionality of just tapping the machines in the gym, and it automatically counts my reps for me. Great list of featured programs and can easily create my own program. My only real BIG problem is that for some reason on android I cannot save a featured program designed for me by my personal trainer or edit this program. If this can be resolved would make the app perfect.

Not bad admin, but personally I think that's applies less button, added more functions tht easier to use 4 older folk *my mom's !! (old people started learning new things, so what do you admin/dev. 🤔 think about what needed to be able to makes easy-to-use/supported themselves using without any problems or assistance from other users) tis is I thinking now, 😉 TQ if you do consider this one. Great so far. It would be useful to have a countdown timer start with alarm chime for duration movements like planks or customs like hitting the heavy bag or jumping rope. I need a 3rd party timer or leave the app, that breaks flow

Stopped using the app, often doesn't find the equipment when using the NFC function. Then when you try and search for the equipment the app seems to call it differently to what's on the equipment. Also the equipment has coded names such as b5 or c6 which you also can't use to search in the app.
